Kaldwin emailed me about my refund that I had requested in a polite and to the point manner. He asked me to explain the situation via email. I did and he replied that my refund was to be processed. It was such a pleasure to have a straight forward and pleasant interaction with both Kaldwin and Groupon in understanding my request for a refund.
