I recently purchased a Turbo-Flo device from groupon for R177. I got it but returned it, it had a 90 day money back garuntee. Hugh Dixon from Turbo Flo confirmed that they had received it, now I've been waiting for almost a week for groupon to refund my money back into my account. Why the poor service when trying to get my own money back? I would like it back ASAP please?
The email I received from him on the 16th reads:
Have received your turboflo. Please email your Banking Details. The refund will come from Groupon and not me, as you purchased the turboflo through them. I will email your email to them with instructions to refund you.
This is Poor Service delivery
