Goods not delivered - queries ignored

I placed an order with. groupon on 20 September by 11 October the goods had not been delivered so I submitted a query. Despite sending an automatic response that they would try to respond within 24 hours and sending a reminder it is now 13 November and the goods have not been delivered. Neither have the goods been delivered
