I ordered and paid for products on the Groupon website on 26 September 2013. I received an automated reply to confirm that I will receive my order within 7 working days. Almost 2 months later, I STILL have not received the order. Groupon did not bother to contact me to notify me of any problems with the order. The only time I received any feedback from them was when I emailed or called them first. I would like to get a reply to this post, but quite frankly, I'm not holding my breath.
