I approached Giftwrap to print my promotional items (coffee mugs, fridge magnets and key holders) with my branding. I was pressured for time, but it took at least 3 weeks before they could get the correct colours of my brand, after a lot of exchanging emails. The correct colour came out on the fridge magnets and on the engraved key holders. However, on the coffee mugs, poor quality of the work came out. The colours that I approved on the artwork was not what was printed on the coffee mugs. I only discovered 19 days after the items were collected, due to the fact that I was moving house and had an overseas trip. Instead of trying to resolve the matter, I was sent from pillar to post, I was undermined, belittled and patronised by both Diane and Sheryl-Ann, who offered me a sub-standard alternative, which I refused. Its only then that she quoted the terms of conditions that I had 'accepted', which they did not refer onto when they were struggling to get the correct colour. What amazes me is that when they took delivery of the mugs, they did also not check them against the approved colours. The service of Gfitwrap is bad beyond words. I'm disappointed, very disappointed.
