I ordered a picnic bag from Groupon in October and when I didn't receive it, I contacted them and they refunded me by giving me credit on my Groupon account. I then used this credit to purchase another Picnic bag. This was in November. I contacted them in the first week of January to ask about it and was told they had supplier difficulty and will let me know when the products will be sent out. It is now almost the end of January and I still have not received my product. And every email I send gets the same response.
This is unacceptable!
