I bought a Samsung Tab3 cover from Groupon which upon arrival had the seal broken & when I asked for its collection Groupon never responded.
I then went on to buy a bed cover on the 24November 2013& have not received it till today (20January2014) and have been asking about it from Saravana S and she wont give any response on the matter.
I also purchased perfume & paid for it on time. After a month I called and was told that the purchase was unsuccessful yet no one tells me the reason. I have repeatedly told Saravana S that I don't want refund but the perfume.
I am exhausted emotionally, don't know what to do any more.
