A year have past and still no refund

Hello Peter, I have bought a product on Groupon - iPad Bluetooth keyboard for iPad 2 and 3 with cover, including delivery early January 2013, logged a complaint, received feedback but still have not received any refund or even a voucher. Voucher Code: 0010099UWE, Ref no: 14476685
