I purchased and paid for electronic tablet. Over 6 customer tracking 'tickets' and more than 20 e-mails between myself (customer) and Groupon. To now: Goods still declared not released from Customs. Promised refund still not given. Require ME to provide transaction details they would have and I do not have record of. Supplied all requested details per e-mails.
