Failing to refund me for goods collected in 2012

Request #619831 (#657318). I have supplied my banking details as requested by Shouneez Williams but without response. When will my money be in my account. I am tired of hearing it is being processed. And supplycontact details that you respond to, I do not want the customer service e-mail as no one responds to e-mail, the only time you respond is through hellopeter. Bad service, bad after sales, supplying of cheap knock of goods, false advertising, bad, actually no customer service at all!!! Groupon what a joke
