I bought a gift for my daughter from Groupon at the beginning of December and on numerous occasions reported this to them via Prabhu Jada Prasad who just would email me the same msg and tell me to contact Courier IT people. On one occasion he said they were having a problem delivery the package due to lack of contact as yet I never received one phone call from them or Groupon. I shall NEVER buy from them again as my daughter went without a Christmas present which is totally unacceptable.
