Unable to get to speak to anyone

My wife paid R699.00 for a online course for me. Instead of EFT she did direct deposit. No details of me but she has the deposit slip. Trying to get someone to assist and advise what to as payments to be receive by today for the latest otherwise we don't qualify. Called 08:00 till 08:37 got cut, Sent email to support, called again 08:40 till 09:23 got cut off, called again 11:15 and got cut off at 11:54. Called again 12:06 reached from 27 in the que to 2 and cut off again. called again 12:33 and still holding as I am typing this complaint
