I have been emailing since mid January 2013 for a refund for a Spa that has closed so I cannot redeem the voucher I had bought.
I put a complaint on Hello Peter on 30 January 2013 and Shouneez Williams (Groupon SA) responded in good time yet, after replying time and time again on the same email, phoning in on Monday (where I was told it was now flagged as an urgent refund) nothing has happened. I also sent a complaint when asked for feedback from Ronelle Abrahams (Groupon SA)!
This level of service is disgraceful!
