I ordered some custom peak caps for my company with my logo embroidered on the front.
I had to pay R11641.68 up front but when the caps arrived, the quality of the embroidery was so bad that you couldn't even read the our company name. I have phoned them several times, left messages and sent them numerous emails to ask them to rectify the situation but I just get told there is nothing they can do about it and I should just accpet that. They dont reply to my emails, I have sent them photos of the work I have received from them as well as photos of previous embroidery work that I have had done, where the logo is perfectly clear.
I find their behaviour and attidude towards their customers totally unacceptable and will in future not be using them for our company uniforms and branded items.
I have subsequently donated some of the peak caps to a non-profit organization but I have kept 150 of the caps as a reminder not to do business with Simply Workwear ever again!
