Get Ripped Off Using Promo Organisations Nonsense

On the 6th December 2013 I posted a complaint about Groupon. Accepting payment for goods that were not delivered then not refunding the deposited money.
They have had proof of the EFT from the time of purchase and on other occasions since then.
We have supplied them with our banking details on numerous occasions (which were also on the proof of payment)
I received an e-mail today, guess what, they want me to supply my banking details AGAIN.
There have been 3 different people that we have been in contact with:
SARAVANA
YUSIF
EVANGELINE
They have all had the relevant information at some time or the other.
The long and the short of it is, there has been no resolution.

There is one thing that I have learnt about Groupon. They must train up their employees to treat their customers with uncompromising contempt.
Mr Gosling, I suggest that you inform your staff that your clients are important and that your company does depend on them and that clients should be treated with respect and not contempt. I certainly hope that the actions (or lack thereof) of your staff are not indicative of all management and executives at Get Ripped Off Using Promo Organisation's Nonsense.
