Groupon vouchers paid for but not received

29 Oct ordered and paid for 2 vouchers, 1 for Kids muck dash R150 and the other for Adult muck run R180. I received the groupon voucher for the Kids muck dash the same day but as at today 05 Nov, after about 5 phones calls to Cape Town and 3 emails, I still dont have my voucher. Today they told me they would email me an email adress to send proof of payment to but after 2 calls today and about 15min holding time for each phone call, I still have no email adress. The muck run is this Sat and I have no race numbers as I have not been able to send a voucher through for the registration.
