NO GOODS DELIVERED! CAN NOT GIVE ANSWERS

No delivery well after two months. Order placed on 14 January! False promises, dismal service, & Groupon simply delete negative publicity! Last week, I was told this was a stock problem & I would receive my good in 5-7 working days! I received an email to confirm this! Today, it's a stock mess up. Apparently, stock was recalled because incorrect orders were dispatched. Now Groupon are not sure if/ when I can get an answer! Very quick to take your money! Disgrace! I would rather pay premium prices then ever use Groupon! Refund!!! This customer service is absolutely pathetic!
