Hi, I bought a deal a month ago and then I was told that my payment did not clear on time. I have been asking for a refund since the 14th November and I haven't received a proper response. I have called the Customer Care Centre many times and I have sent many emails asking for my refund but I have not received a satisfactory response. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
