No refund for undelivered goods

On 1 November I bought carlashes online from Groupon-my electronic payment was deducted but the deal did not materialise- about 34 emails back and forth I still have not been refunded- promises of payment and so-called escalation of my case, but no refund- it takes a few seconds to do a refund- I will never buy anything online from Groupon again.
