Three weeks ago I purchased 2 x 10 lessons from Wana Drive Driving school (please see vouchers attached). My son has only gone for 5 lessons in this 3 weeks. I contact them every day to find out when the driver will come through to pick up my son and they to me that he will come through and just don't pitch up.
My son waits the hole day for them and they don't even reply to my messages. My son would also like to learn how to parallel park and reverse and Wana Drive informed us that we will have to pay an extra R30 per lesson for this. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
They are a pathetic company with terrible service. I just want my money back so that I can take him to a PROPER driving school that can teach him.
Please can you sort this out as soon as possible. Very disappointed that Groupon would recommend a company like this.
