Wow! What a pleasure to deal with an online promo company that actually cares about their service and customer satisfaction! I got an order delivered yesterday, one item was faulty. I had a reply to my mail about 2 hours later and this morning the supplier has already called and arranged a replacement. Thanks One Day Only for giving great service. Funnily enough I have been fighting with another promo company (I don't need to mention their name as everyone will know who it is anyway!) for months now for a refund on an item and they seem to not care at all about what their customers think of their service, so it's a pleasant change of pace to have an issue sorted out with efficiency and a decent level of service.
