This is the worst service I have EVER experienced!!
It is first time I use Groupon, and NEVER again... T&C's states 7 days for delivery, it is now 21 days, everytime I phone they say next week. Today I try to phone the call centre, you just get told to email support@groupon and get cut off.
When you email the address you get an automated response saying "We HOPE to respond within 72 hours"... SERIOUSLY???
