No delivery, no refund

I purchased and paid for two products on 15 Nov. I am still waiting for the delivery of my backpack (R429), the two weeks period has. lapsed.
I have not received a refund for my unprocessed order of a two tier dish rack (R299.99). I paid R300. I spoke to Trupthirekha Das and I have been calling their customer care, they always make promises but don't deliver. Please give me back my money (R729) if you cant deliver my goods.
