Dishonest Communication Regarding Price

I bought a groupon to service my car for R350. When my husband called to make appointment, they asked for the details of the car and said it would cost R150 more. My husband and i were irritated that they used Groupon to bait customers while subtley adding price after purchase. I emailed Groupon to ask for a refund since they mentioned on their website that if you are not happy you can request refund within 7 days. Groupon wrote back and said because there was a fineprint, they would not refund (First lack of integrity). We were forced then to take the car through to Kessels else we'd lose our R350. Upon arriving at Kessels, Frans met us and said, No, you will be paying R350 extra. We got so angry because of the inconsistent and incomplete disclosure of price, we felt baited by Groupon not served with a Discount. We ended up arguing and raising our voice at Kessel. I asked them to tell me when i can come back to fetch my car after the service was done, they angrily and rudely said "we'll call you! " Now it's the second day since i dropped off my car for service and they have not called to let me know when i can fetch it. How could they be so unprofessional?
