I bought a Haircut special for my girlfriend on Groupon, thinking I could surprise her for our anniversary. It was my first time using Groupon.
After getting my Groupon Voucher, I call the Salon involved to book an appointment. They then inform me that they have stopped their involvement with Groupon and the special stopped in June 2013.
Now it will take 3-5 working days to get my refund, and the anniversary is in 2 days.
I find it unacceptable that they still have this special on their site if it is no longer valid, and was cancelled according to the salon.
Massive inconvenience from a service provider I had only heard good things about.
