Customer service hopeless

I asked for credit to my credit card account after 2 deals fell through. Even wrote in capitals to ensure understanding. Took days and they credited groupon account not card. Its the 100th time this has happened. They do not read or can nor read!!! Companies go out of business all the time on Grpoupon
