I have bought several things on groupon, but every time there's a problem. Either the payment doesn't go through due to technical problems or the business you bought an item from has been liquidated or in the process of going "down". This is usually when groupon comes in to "help" those businesses by customers buying "empty promises" for example: full day spa treatment- 4 contact numbers not available, invalid number, etc. Hair treatment-company liquidated, "sorry phone groupon for refund" but groupon is clever, refunds into a "groupon account" instead of reimbursing you into the credit card used for the transaction!! Gordon Ramsey 7-piece pot set "payment error: technical problems, tried 7 times, eventually emailed groupon, got a reply 7 days later once deal was closed. That helps!!! I am truely disappointed in groupon. Even if you call the customer call centre be prepared to wait for 1hour on the phone because you always "number 64 in the queue". I will be disconnecting all groupon ads and deals that I receive daily because of the poor and disgusting service. Poor management style and no experience in customer satisfaction.
