I had bought a deal for R 925, the payment was done EFT. In the additional reference the reference they asked for was put in but they didn't allocate the money, even after I had sent them the proof of payment in time before the cutt off period . they refused the deal based on the fact that the reference was not in the reference line. it was on the additional reference line.
Since then I have had to fight for my money to be returned to me, they insist they sent it when they didn't, I have sent proof and still no service from the almost 4 weeks later and they have used every stalling tactic to not pay me my money back. I need the money retuned to me urgently and they are not returning the money to me.
