Ignoring refund request e-mails

I purchased 3 online courses for Bilwima LTD [URL Removed] via Groupon. The course is a load of rubbish with very unprofessional videos (tutor used profanity in a video). The correspondence between myself and Bilwima has been even worse than myself and Groupon. I e-mailed Groupon about my issues and got a fast reply about "I can confirm that all of your comments have been anonymously passed on to all relevant departments. Customer feedback is an integral part of our business and I would like to thank you for taking the time to get in touch. Groupon strive to ensure that our customers receive nothing but positive experiences and I am sincerely sorry that in this instance the experience did not reach the high standards we expect. If you feel that the service that you received was not up to scratch it may be worth contacting the partner business to let them know; I'm sure that they would appreciate any feedback on their services."
I struggled even further with Bilwima after that and eventually decided I wanted a refund from Groupon seeing as that I am not being provided with the professional and proper service I have paid for. Groupon are now ignoring me. Surprise...
