I purchased a night lamp through Groupon and the deal included expensive batteries as well.
I received the night lamp, and when I opened the box, the batteries were in the closed package as it should be, but the battery fluid/acid has already leaked - in the closed battery package!
I have contacted the Client care centre at Groupon numerous times to inform them that leaking batteries was not part of the deal and I want it replaced. It must be in a working condition! How can they send me batteries which have already leaked battery acid???
It is not acceptable!
I've been told by the client care agent that the manager, Nazley Bastra will be in contact with me, but still nothing!
This has been going on for a month now!
