I bought a Hame A15 Mobile 3G to Wi-Fi on 22 Dec. They said delivery will take place after the 'deal closes' which was 23 Dec and can take upt o 4 weeks for delivery. This is now more than a month I have been mailing and trying to contact Groupon, but the ONLY feedback I have received is that my query has been marked as urgent and I will receive a sms or phone call when my product is sent. Which means it is OVER a month and the product has not even been sent. This is absolutely ridiculous! When I asked when it will be sent and when I will receive it, I didn't get ANY response!
