Tradeway calls people to train for an upcoming promotion amd they make people write a test and do a role play. They then say they will give people the promotion job if they pass the test and produce a good role play but that does not happen, they give their "favourite people" first preference no matter how well the other people performed. Other people are made reserves all the time. It is highly unprofressional and unfair. People should be given jobs according to good performance not because they are known or they are the "favourites". Highly unprofessional and unethical!
