No money in my bank account

I complained to Groupon because orthopedic pillow and mattress falsely advertised 'memory foam' pillows via them which with in fact chips of memory foam . they agreed in priciple to refund me but I have been chasing them for 4 months now. They insist they have refunded me to the credit card I paid with but there has been no credit in my account and I sent them bank statements to the effect. I have told them they need to check with their bank and their statmetn to see if the funds went out. I keep getting promises that they will get back to me and have gone to a supervisor but still no luck. I am tired of asking for my money and phoning and emailing and its shocking that they cannot investigate this properly . the amount is R400 . the worst is that I support groupon regulartly but they cant give it the necessary attention . my last reference was 761474
