Where to next?

I puchased socks on 15 May 2013. I have still not received my product nor a refund.
I started follow up on 27 June 2013 as the t & c's stated delivery 14-30 working days.

Since then I have spoken and sent several mailes to Johan Venter, Tewis Jacobs, Love Dube and Lerato. After a lot of promises I still have no answer.
Can someone advise where I go from here?
