We recently laid a complaint about a collective cow deal concerning a hot air balloon ride.
Collective Cow, responded to my complaint and have offered to help solve the issue regarding the purchase of their deal. The hot air balloon company, Discover Ballooning, have been out-of-contact and unresponsive to my attempts to contact them regarding a booking. To which we have demanded our money back.
Collective Cow have promised to help resolve the matter within a week. I sincerely hope they can.
