Purchased a meal voucher and upon visiting the restaurant ' Govenders House of Curries ' there where dogs walking in and out, the food was miserable as well. Complained to Group On via E-mail and didnt even recieve a courtesy call/ reply.
Further to this I purchased a few vouchers for restaurants and due to the bad service experience recieved in the first encounter decided to cancel all my ' eat out ' vouchers bought through them. this was done in December, too date still awaiting for a refund.
i understand its not their fault that the contracted company was a poor reflection, however there is no human element or care from Group On.
Now you require me too provide scanned statements of my credit card statements to prove that you havent refunded me. strange that in April when i complained again to you call centre i was told to wait 1 week by Lushane for payment. A further 3 months later and now you want my bank statements from December. AT whose cost is all of this??? Pathethic - Shame on you Group On
