Products bought 1 month ago- no delivery or reply

I purchased two wicounts 1 month ago (21 May and 23 May). i have messaged various times regarding the status of my parcels but have received no reply.

I have not been given a tracking number, nor have I been told that my parcels have arrived at any post office. Could someone please tell me what is going on??
