Amanda sold a Wedding photography package to us for our wedding in Oct '12. We received our photos in January 2013 and to our shock the photos were terrible. We were suppose to get 800 edited photos plus a few other things. We only received 2 CD's with so called edited photos on (617 pics). These photos were changed to black and white and layers and filters were applied. Something i could do myself! We have informed her of our dissatisfaction and from there it was up hill. She does not respond to emails, BBM's or FB messages. She is just ignoring our request for better quality edits as sold to us in her portfolio. She was fully paid upfront, but we still did not get what we paid for. These Photos are taken in such bad quality that we can't even have half of it edited by someone else. Our wedding photos are the only things that we have left of our special day, and it is a disaster, we will never have that day over again and memories are spoiled. I want Amanda to provide a solution to the problem or pay us the full amount it will cost to get a professional to edit these photos. Clearly she is an amature and not able to do the job. Avoid this incompetent at al cost
