I bought a voucher for car valley at Auto Paint but when I redeem my voucher i got a bad service. I requested to cancel my order of Auto Paint and Interior Protect Car valet due to their dad service of not making follow up, requesting for the directions on date of delivery (which were already sent on time) I think they wanted an excuse. When they finally arrived late on the day (04-12-2012) I was told that they need water and electricity on arrival of which I was never told of on time and was not even speculated on the deal! I told Auto Paint for alternate solution and they never responded to me to date, As a result I requested Groupon to refund me on 18-12-2012 and got reference number (Request #627713) but on the 03-01-2012 I got customer service survey and I highlighted to them that I was not happy because I haven't received my refund and I haven't heard anything from Groupon them to date
