This was a company I used as a supplier with what I thought was an excting product to offer. The product which was faulty was returned on the 15th January and it turned out to be a mission to have the product replaced shares were transferred the new shareholder got sick and was overseas. Finally by the 9th May I had to offer my customer restitutuion, for my companies reputation and to try and maintain our customer relationship
