Hello, I was truly shocked at your butcher at Cedar Square response today when I returned meat. Yesterday I bought a Mature Steak that was on special offer (I will never make that mistake again). When I opened the packed I got a bad smell from the steak. Now just for the record this is not the first Mature Steak that I bought in my life - and had numerous braais with this type of product from Cape Town to Hoedspruit. And in all these times I never smelled this funky smell that I smelled on your product. When I returned the Steak to Cedar Square today - I was informed by the butcher that "I don't know the Product - and that is what Mature Steak Smells like". So the new tactic used is that the customer is not right - instead he just doesn't know the product. Well I took my refund and went to Woolworths next door - and guess what (They had mature steak there as well - without the funky smell). So if according to your butcher that is what your Steaks smell like, all I have to say is. Cheers Guys - You will never see my money again. I might not know your product according to you - but I am the one spending money in your stores - well I was the one spending money in your stores.
