Paid R3595 one month ago - now they ignore me!

This company should be reported to the Consumer Board. WARNING: Do NOT buy from them! Paid them R3595 on 03/04/13. They send me a validation voucher (or whatever they call it) and then they tell me to prove that I own my credit card by sending them a copy of the back and front of it - excuse me, are they mental? I posted a complaint on Hello Peter shortly thereafter and guess what - they have a computer responding the same to nearly all complaints "Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience. Please see our email response". Take a look people! Their feedback analysis for the last year is the following: 87% unhappy customers of which 43% are 'utterly disgusted' and 25% are 'indifferent/not impressed'. They responded once saying that because of the amount of my purchase, they basically needed me to prove I own my credit card due to internet - well HELLO, I am ALSO not endangering myself by giving them copies of my card either. THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY FOR ONE MONTH NOW - and are ignoring all my emails asking them if they are going to refund me or deliver the goods!
