On the 14 December 2012, My fianc? e was booked on flight SAA 546 from King shaka to Or tambo at 10:45, When she was there by 09:00 she was told that the flight is fully booked so she will be included on the next plane that was supposed to be leaving DBN at 11:30.
Apparently that second plane only departures at 12:30, so she end up missing her flight SA160 from JHB to Entebbe (Uganda), then it was a hassle to even SAA to give her an accommodation and plane her next trip the next day.
She was finally accommodated at southern sun hotel and her flight was postponed for the 15 December 2012.
I also experience the same situation on the 30 September 2012, at Dakar airport with my colleague we were told that the plane is fully booked, and we had fight to be accommodate at Dakar, the next date when we arrived at the airport were put aside for 45 min meanwhile were on time, were further told that our bookings were schedule for the previous day flight, then since were had to rise our voice until were included on plane to JHB and were further given a FREE TICKET valid for a year to fly anywhere.
But that didnt happend with my fiancee.
Can someone explain that.
