After booking and paying online for a Honeymoon Suite at a Guesthouse, I was contacted by the Guesthouse to say that only a room with two single beds was available which was not suitable. After cancelling the booking with the Guesthouse and contacting [URL Removed] Bradley not only contacted the Guesthouse to confirm the cancellation and refund my money but went out of his way to find another Guesthouse in the area that had what we were looking for and arranged a booking, payment and refund of the balance.
