I booked flights from Nelspruit to JHB my husband and I was booked on the flight, when I booked for my 2 children 3&6 the churched me R5800 for the 2. got confirmation and when I got there to check in, they have cancelled there flight! so now what should I do? the lady at the desk said, we had to make space for two grownups...!!! this was 22Oct 2013 at 6:50am

at O.R Tambo we booked a flight back for them Paid R3728. The lady put my card threw and she said it did not go threw... I showed her it did, on my cell. and she Refused to give me my ticket, we had to pay with my other card. it gone the 2nd time. and I said that I want a refund on my first payment and she laughs at me and said you lost it now... and this was 22 Oct 2013 09:15am
how can I get my money back? R5800 and R3728???
this SAA will never see me again! they are useless!
