I booked for a flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town.
flight Number JE 165. Upon my arrival at OR Tambo they announced that the flight will delay with 1 hour and 30 minutes meaning that we had to leave OR tambo at 20h00 instead of 18:30.
i understand that it could be something out of their control, but i was very disappointed after being told by senior mango agent that we have to wait and there is no voucher for coffee.
Mango expected us to wait for more than one hour and spend our own money while waiting for their flight running late.
It shows that they don't care about their customers.
And i only received a SMS the next morning notifying that the flight will be delayed.
I will never ever use Mango again all they want is just money...
