CAN'T RESPOND TO AN EMAIL

I have sent flexi club several emails explaining why they are not allowed to debit my account any more - mainly because they took it from my husband's credit card and them again via debit order as the one department can't communicate with the other. THe only way of contacting them is via a general email address.- of which I have sent my email to many times. I have been contacted by there accounts department and I have asked them whether they have read my email and they ask me what address i have sent it to - but they can't get it. I would like someone from FlexiCub to call me back whom has read my email - but that is just too much to ask.
CraigM, 2 Samanthas and an Alison - can't you listen? all I request is that you read my email and get someone to call me back with answers and if you read my email I have explained what I am prepared to do. Legally I would like to know what gives you the right to charge your clients interest on there Holiday Savings Account? I have finished paying off my points and i WOULD LIKE TO know which OMBUDSMAN TO GO TO WITH regards to you charging me interest on Holiday Savings... when I have already R6000 - YOU SHOULD give interest to your members!!!
