I planned a trip to Durban for the Top Gear Festival, So a close friend of mine refered me to Mzansi Tour for accommodation booking. I Sent them an email with my accommodation and trip description, and with in 30 minutes a a full response was given. This email response included 3 different quotation, with pictures and a full profile of the accommodations. I happily confirmed my booking the next day which was 50% payment confirmation and the rest on arrival.
On my arrival at the airport, there was a Mzansi Tour Rep waiting for me and carried a board with my name. He assisted me and with luggage and took me to the shuttle service where i received refreshments on my way to the accommodation in Umhlanga. The accommodation was identical to the emails I received and was very clean and tidy which made me happy. There was an iron available and information guides on all Durbans and Umhlangas Activities. The gentleman Zeid was on call for 24hrs and attended to all my needs. I really enjoyed my weekend stay and the exceptional service that made it possible.
