I would like to send a BIG thank to Simphiwe (or I think it's Sphiwe) who works the night shift. Last night my aunt at Durban station was disrespected and mistreated by the staff at the ticket office. They refused for her to board the bus and had written off her ticket. The bus left her there at the Durban station and she did not know why they left her and written off her ticket. I call the 086 number and my call was answered by this Angel. He sorted everything out and my aunt got on the next bus to Johannesburg. Simphiwe saved the day. He was calm and professional. We went an extra mile and gave us a service beyond expectation. We are very grateful to you. Thank you so much and keep up the wonderful work that you are doing. Your company is very fortunate to have you. With the manner that you handled the situation, you deserve a managerial position and groom other employees to show such passion and proud in their work.
