I booked a flight with Mango and saw that they offered Insurance, I read the schedule to see what this covered and "Trip Cancellation" was one of the items with a full refund on the cost of the flight. Needing to cancel the flight I spoke to an agent at Mango - not only could they not help with the insurance query I had but also gave me the incorrect telephone number for the insurance agency who they said I needed to call. On speaking to the insurance agency they said "Trip Cancellations" only cover death, disability and illness. I believe stating "Trip Cancellation" on the Mango Insurance benefits is misleading, the least they could do is include "limited to death, disability and illness".
